We offer an extended 60-day return period for all products purchased from DRINKLIVA.COM.

60-DAY MONEYBACK GUARANTEE ON THE FIRST ORDER:
If you placed a first order with us and decided within 60 days after the delivery the product is not for you, we can accept returns even if you opened the package. Please bear in mind this is only valid for the first order and one opened package.

STANDARD 60-DAY RETURN POLICY:
We offer a prolonged 60-day return period for all other orders.

RETURNS DETAILS:

• We offer local return addresses in each EU country.
• Once you have notified us that you wish to return a product, please return that product to us within 14 days.
• Please note that you are responsible for the costs of return shipping.
• When your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment (credit or debit card or PayPal) within 3-5 days.
